Famous for its Portuguese flame-grilled, butterfly-cut chicken, Nando’s adds a touch of spice to The Parklands. Marinated for 24-hours before being basted in your choice of lemon and herb, or PERi-PERi sauce, the chicken is sure to get all mouths watering. Nando’s originated in Rosettenville, Johannesburg in the heart of a local Portuguese community in 1987, before making the journey to Australia in 1990. Nando’s at South Bank has a large range of freshly prepared meal options and a range of nutritious sides, including spicy rice, couscous, coleslaw, grilled corn, salad and cholesterol-free chips.
