("Promotion")

Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to be eligible and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. The promoter is South Bank Corporation of Level 3, South Bank House, Stanley Street Plaza, Brisbane, Queensland, 4101 ("Promoter").

3. The Promotion will commence at 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") on Monday, 25 January 2010 and will continue until 4pm Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") on Monday, 29 March 2010 ("Promotion Period").

Entry

4. Entry is open to all Australian residents over 18 years. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and any agencies, firms and / or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of the prize) and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

5. The Promoter will award 1 prize during the Promotion Period, awarded at the time specified in paragraph 9 below.

6. To be eligible to enter and win, a person must, during the Promotion Period, complete the online South Bank Corporation e-news registration form at www.visitsouthbank.com.au.

7. A person who enters the Promotion and satisfies the requirements of paragraphs 4 and 5 above is an Eligible Entrant.

8. An Eligible Entrant may enter once during the Promotion Period.

Prize draw

9. A random manual prize draw ("Prize Draw") will take place at South Bank Corporation, Level 3, South Bank House, Stanley Street Plaza, Brisbane, Queensland, 4101 ("Draw Location") at 4pm on Monday, 29 March 2010.

10. The first Eligible Entrant drawn from all eligible entries in the Prize Draw will win a Major Prize pack including Vaalia Yoghurt merchandise, a set of Inner Age Scales worth $300, and a $200 South Bank Dining and Shopping voucher ("Prize"), valued at a total of over $500.

11. The Prize winner will be contacted on their contact phone number, and the prize will be dispatched by mail.

12. If a prize is unclaimed after 7 days, the Promoter may conduct a further draw at the Draw Location at 10am AEST on the day which is 7 days after the Prize Draw ("Unclaimed Prize Draw") in order to distribute the Prize. The winner will be notified by phone within two days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw.

General

13. The prize value for the Prize Draw is $500.

14. Prizes are not transferable, negotiable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

15. If the Promoter is unable to provide the winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value, subject to any direction of a lottery authority.

16. Eligibility of entries and the awarding of Prizes is solely within the discretion of the Promoter.

17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or for any technical difficulties or periods of unavailability of the entry mechanism during the Promotion Period.

18. Entries which the Promoter considers to be incomplete, incorrect or incomprehensible, to contain defamatory or offensive content or to infringe third party intellectual rights are not eligible to win.

19. Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process or these conditions of entry, will be ineligible to win.

20. The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which may result directly or indirectly from this Promotion, including the taking of prizes, except that which cannot be excluded by law.

21. In the case of disputes, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

22. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering this Promotion, entrants understand and agree that the Promoter may use and disclose the information provided by them on the terms and for the purposes (including marketing) set out in the Promoter's privacy statement available online at www.southbankcorporation.com.au, and that the Promoter may disclose this information to Vaalia Yoghurt for Vaalia to use for marketing purposes..

23. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be contacted by the Promoter about the Promotion and to participate in the Promoter's publicity activities as reasonably requested, including being photographed by the Promoter for use by the Promoter in future marketing and promotional activities, without requiring further payment by the Promoter or further consent from the winner.
