When are the South Bank Lifestyle Markets on?

The South Bank Lifestyle Markets are held on:

Friday nights from 5pm to 10pm
Saturdays from 10am to 5pm
Sundays 9am to 5pm

The South Bank Lifestyle Markets are located in Stanley Street Plaza.  

How much does it cost to have a stall at the South Bank Lifestyle Markets?

Can you book the barbeques in the Parklands?

Bookings or reservations are not taken for the barbeques in the Parklands and the facilities are allocated on a first in/first served basis.

Are there ATM's at South Bank?

Commonwealth Bank and ANZ ATM is located in Stanley Street Plaza. 
Suncorp ATM located in the Central Cafes. 
Westpac ATM's in Grey Street, opposite the South Bank Cinemas. 
Bank of Queensland ATM on Little Stanley Street.  

Can you drink alcohol in the Parklands?

Consumption of alcohol in licensed premises is allowed during the hours permitted by the individual businesses permit.

Patrons are allowed to consume alcohol between 10am and 8pm daily with a substantial meal, in the following areas:

• Riverside Green
• Picnic Island Green

How much does it cost to enter South Bank?

Nothing!  It's free.

Can I hire wheelchairs and/or strollers at South Bank?

Yes, the South Bank Visitor Centre hires wheelchairs and strollers. 

When does Streets Beach close?

Lifeguards are on duty at Streets Beach from 9am-5pm, during the Autumn/Winter season (1 April - 31 August 2010).

South Bank is conveniently located in the heart of Brisbane with local bus, train and ferry connections from almost anywhere in Brisbane.

Are there any areas in the Parklands that are non-smoking?
