Childrens Activities

Children of all ages will find something fun and new to do at Brisbane’s South Bank all year round.

Whether they are enjoying the open green spaces, special events designed especially for kids, or Streets Beach and Aquativity there is always something at South Bank to keep the little ones entertained.

The State Library of Queensland invites you to start the week with a stretch!  Every Monday from 10am til noon, free yoga at The Corner is the place to relax, take a deep breath and enjoy the serene surrounds.

The Gallery of Modern Art has amazing educational and creative programs just for kids and this time it's all about Picasso!  Don't miss Picasso for Kids and Young Children on now!

And the Queensland Museum and the Sciencentre have been favourite destinations for kids of all ages for years and have a wonderful program of exhibitions and interactive events going on in 2008.
