Brisbane is gearing up for a massive day of functional fitness as Fitstop Global Games takes over the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Athletes from across Australia are expected to hit the competition floor, putting their strength, speed, stamina and teamwork to the ultimate test in one of Fitstop's biggest competitive fitness events yet.

Born in Brisbane and spanning studios globally, Fitstop is bringing Global Games home following events in Singapore and Los Angeles, with Fitstoppers flying in from across the country to compete alongside some of Australia's strongest functional fitness athletes.

Lift, condition, perform and sweat, designed to test total fitness capacity. Every rep, weight and second counts towards the final score, with athletes competing in pairs across all star (everyday) and pro (elite) divisions.

LSKD, one of Australia's leading sportswear and athleisure brands, will be on-site with a retail pop-up, while Subway Australia will host a dedicated warm-up and refuel zone.
