We're currently undertaking a range of maintenance activities at Streets Beach. When our teams are not working on pool lining, weneed to keep it full of water, so the harsh Queensland sun and elements don’t damage the structure. Even though there may be water in Streets Beach, it’s unfortunately not open for swimming.
Streets Beach is expected to reopen in March 2026. We’ll provide a reopening date as we get closer to this time.
Streets Beach is more than 30 years old, meaning it sometimes needs extensive maintenance work to keep it running at its best. Our teams are working hard to have the much-loved pool back up and running in March 2026.
Streets Beach is currently a work zone and is closed for swimming. The Boat Pool and Aquativity remain open for swimming. Streets Beach will reopen once maintenance is completed.
The Boat Pool and Aquativity remain open for swimming.
