This annual spectacle transforms South Bank’s beloved Little Stanley Street and beyond into a dazzling nighttime celebration of light, culture and community. Kicking off at 5:30pm, the iconic lantern parade, makes its way from Little Stanley Street to the Clem Jones Promenade, finishing at Riverside Green in a glowing celebration of unity and connection. Plus, be sure to stay for the World Music Concert at Riverside Green after the parade.

Presented by Multicultural Australia, this powerful event honours the contributions of refugees, migrants and asylum seekers, while celebrating the rich cultural diversity that makes Queensland shine. Whether you're joining the walk or watching from the sidelines, it's a night that brings the community together like no other.
