Baba Ganouj is giving its much-loved Beirut Brunch a seasonal reset, introducing Garden Party Beirut Brunch, a new monthly long lunch designed for lingering weekends in the heart of South Bank.
Launching Saturday 25 April, the experience runs from 12pm to 5pm and transforms the space into a laid-back garden-style setting, where brunch slowly unfolds into an afternoon affair.
At the centre of it all is a generous three-tier Lebanese mezze spread, paired with free-flow Aperol Spritz, wine, prosecco, mimosas and beer for $75 per person (minimum two guests). For those who like their long lunch with a little extra flair, Lychee Martini cocktail jugs are available for an additional $25.
But this is not just a feast for the table. Expect a curated atmosphere built for the occasion, with DJ sets soundtracking the afternoon, garden-inspired styling throughout the venue and roaming performers adding moments of surprise and energy between courses.
It is a brunch that leans into celebration without losing its sense of ease. The kind of afternoon that stretches on purposefully, where conversation drifts, glasses are refilled, and time feels slightly less important than it did an hour before.
Garden Party Beirut Brunch launches on 25 April and returns on the last Saturday of every month, bringing a fresh rhythm to weekend dining at South Bank.
