On Tuesday 5 May from 5pm, Poca Madre is hosting a one-night-only Bottomless Birria takeover to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Yep, we’re talking endless rounds of juicy, slow-cooked, dunk-in-that-rich sauce goodness.
