For $75 per person, settle in for your choice of entrée, main and dessert. Start with local tiger prawns, beef pan rolls or truffle arancini, before choosing between a 200g eye fillet steak, Atlantic salmon fillet or potato gnocchi. Finish with sticky date pudding or chocolate fondant.
