
Your favourite, free fitness series is back – and we’re launching the season with a brand-new timetable!
This season’s Feel Good Program brings a lineup of 13 free classes each week to get you moving, from heart-pumping favourites like Zumba and newly added Body Jam to zen-inducing sessions such as yoga and mat Pilates.
All classes are led by expert instructors from Goodlife Health Clubs and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Just bring a water bottle, towel and a mat for classes that require one. All sessions take place at Flowstate in South Bank.
