OTTO Brisbane has turned up the summer energy with its newest Boozy Dolci instalment and this one is a must-try. Head Chef Will Cowper and Head Pastry Chef Gianna Cowper have dreamed up a silky smooth vanilla pannacotta topped with an ice cold granita infused with four of Italy’s most iconic cocktail flavours: Aperol, Espresso Martini, Limoncello and Negroni.

Each spoonful is a full sensory moment with smooth pannacotta below, granita sparkle above, and hidden jellies in between that amplify the liqueur profile while adding playful pops of flavour and colour. It is refreshing, indulgent and made for long warm Brisbane afternoons by the river.

Boozy Dolci: Granita will be available at OTTO Brisbane from 3 December for a limited time. Flavours will rotate throughout the season, with guests choosing between the two featured options available on their visit.
