
Spring is officially here, which means one thing: South Bank’s iconic Feel Good Program is back, bringing the ultimate excuse to stretch, sweat and soak up the good vibes riverside.
Running from 27 September to 29 November, this cult-fave fitness series is completely free and stacked with a timetable that caters to every kind of mover. There’s a class (or thirteen) throughout the weekly timetable with your name on it. Think Zumba, Body Attack, yoga, ABT, mat pilates, aqua aerobics and body balance, all led by expert instructors thanks to Goodlife Health Clubs. Translation: no matter your style, the program has you covered. From morning stretches to after-work sweat sessions, here’s what’s on offer.
For the Zen Seekers
Need a breather? Head to Flowstate for relaxing yoga or body balance—a dreamy fusion of tai chi, Pilates, and stretching designed to build strength and melt away stress. Trust us, you’ll be feeling zen in no time.
For the Dance Floor Enthusiasts
If dancing your way to fitness sounds like a dream, Zumba is calling your name. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or rocking two left feet, it’s all about having fun while getting your sweat on.
