If your lunch plans need a glow-up, this is it. Harajuku Gyoza is celebrating the launch of its new Japanese Katsu Sando range with a one-hour-only deal that is set to draw a crowd.

On Saturday 28 March from 11am to 12pm, you can score freshly made katsu sandos for just $5 each. Think crispy, golden fillings, soft pillowy bread and big flavour inspired by Japan’s iconic konbini culture.

The lineup includes three crowd-pleasing options. Go for the prawn katsu with shredded lettuce and herbs mayo, the chicken katsu stacked with cabbage, Japanese mayo and tonkotsu sauce, or the vegetarian eggplant katsu with cabbage, miso dressing and Japanese mayo.

It is quick, it is limited and it is definitely one of those first in, best dressed situations. Expect queues and get there early because once they are gone, they are gone.
