World Tapas Day lands on Tuesday 16 June this year, and Ole is marking the occasion with a new weekly deal dedicated to one of Spain’s most beloved dining traditions.
From 5pm every Tuesday, diners can tuck into a menu of tapas starting from just $10, making it the perfect excuse to round up friends, order a round of sangria and settle in for a feast of share plates.
The $10 lineup covers all the classics, from patatas bravas with traditional brava sauce and tortilla de patatas topped with mojo rojo and guindillas, to fried cauliflower with rosemary yoghurt and paprika dressing. There’s also sautéed mushrooms with soft egg, truffle butter and manchego, grilled broccolini with pistachios and romesco, plus Ole’s daily croqueta special and picos open sandwiches loaded with anchovies, jamón serrano and goat cheese.
Feeling extra hungry? Step up to the $15 selection, where you'll find glazed chorizo bites with Spanish onion relish, crispy pork belly finished with Seville orange glaze and green olives, fried baby squid with fennel salt and aioli, and a fresh tuna ceviche with orange, chilli, shallot and crispy bread.
Whether you're gathering the group for after-work drinks or stretching date night a little further, Ole's new Tuesday tapas deal makes it easy to sample your way through a Spanish-inspired spread without blowing the budget. Book here.
