A tropical twist on the classic, using Captain Morgan’s mango and pineapple rum as the base. Rich, cold, and genuinely refreshing.
Ingredients
45ml Captain Morgan Mango & Pineapple Rum
20mlFresh lime juice
20ml Mango Monin syrup
20ml Coconut cream
Crushed ice
Dried orange wheel to garnish
Method
01 Add rum, lime juice, mango syrup, and coconut cream to a shaker with plenty of ice.
02 Shake vigorously for 20 seconds — or blend if you prefer a smoother texture.
03 Pour into a chilled glass over crushed ice.
04 Garnish with a dried orange wheel and serve with a straw.
