Running from 3pm to 5pm, Wednesday to Sunday, Azure’s new Golden Hour is made for those afternoons when one quick drink inevitably turns into dinner. Alongside $3 natural oysters with fresh lemon, the snack menu comes loaded with reasons to stay put, including citrus-marinated olives with oregano and lemon, hummus with warm brioche and flash-fried calamari with sumac salt, aioli and lemon.

Then there’s the battered Moreton Bay bug slider, stacked with oak lettuce, chilli mayo, taramasalata and pickled shallots. Yes, it’s as good as it sounds.

On the drinks front, expect Aperol Spritzes, Dirty Olive Spritzes, Espresso Martinis, Riverside Martinis and traditional Margaritas, plus tap beer and house red, white and sparkling wine.
