8 Feel Good Program Classes To Try

Free fitness classes

Your favourite free fitness series is back, and we’re launching the season with a brand new timetable!

This season’s Feel Good Program brings a lineup of 13 free classes each week to get you moving, from heart pumping favourites like Zumba and newly added Body Jam to zen inducing sessions such as yoga and mat Pilates. All classes are led by expert instructors from Goodlife Health Clubs and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Here are the eight classes to try before the season wraps up.

1. Yoga

If life’s been feeling a little loud, yoga at Flowstate is your slow, stretchy exhale. Think grounding poses, deep breaths and a whole lot of chill. Ideal for early morning zen seekers or anyone craving a reset before the day kicks off.

2. Body Balance

A dreamy mix of tai chi, Pilates and gentle stretching, body balance is your go to for building strength without the sweat fest. Expect improved posture, calmer vibes and that delicious floaty feeling you get after a really good stretch session.

3. Zumba

For the girlies who love a dance floor moment, Zumba is pure serotonin. No dance experience needed. Just show up, let the music take over and prepare to smile your way through a seriously fun workout.

4. Body Combat

If you’re in your action hero era, body combat is calling. This high energy martial arts inspired workout packs punches, kicks and serious attitude. You’ll walk out feeling powerful and maybe a tiny bit unstoppable.

5. Body Attack

Ready to turn things up? Body attack brings the heat with a fast paced mix of running, lunging and strength moves that get the heart going. It is big energy, big sweat and big results.

6. ABT

Abs, Butts and Thighs. Three words that say it all. This cult fave targets exactly where you want it to and leaves you with that satisfying post workout burn.

7. Body Jam

Got main character energy? Body Jam is your chance to bring it. This high energy dance workout blends the latest moves with big beats, turning the whole class into one giant dance floor moment. Expect serious cardio, plenty of sass and a routine you’ll want to do again.

8. Mat Pilates

If you’re chasing length, stability and that slow controlled burn, mat Pilates is the one. Sculpt, stretch and strengthen your way through a class that feels equal parts spicy and soothing.
